The Director of Planning approved the application on May 2, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Integra Architecture Inc has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop two multiple dwelling buildings, having six-storeys, including:

  • A total of 120 Secured Market Rental Housing units
  • A proposed FSR of 2.50 (74,736 sq.ft.)
  • A proposed height of 19.81 m (65 ft.)
  • Two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 76 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
