Integra Architecture Inc has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop two multiple dwelling buildings, having six-storeys, including:
- A total of 120 Secured Market Rental Housing units
- A proposed FSR of 2.50 (74,736 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 19.81 m (65 ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 76 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
