The Director of Planning approved the application on June 19, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"

DA Architects + Planners has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
Two 18-storey residential buildings, including a six-storey podium
A total of 404 residential rental units
A maximum building height of 56 m from grade
A total floor area of 27,220 m² (292,993 sq.ft.)
Three levels of underground parking with 198 vehicle parking spaces accessed from the laneway
778 bike parking spaces
The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
