Boni Maddison Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- A Community Care Facility - Class B
- Providing 27 beds and 2 affordable housing units
- A commercial kitchen and support services will be provided on-site
- 7,754 sq. ft. of floor area
- One level of underground parking accessed from Tupper Street
Under the site’s existing RM-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
