J & R Katz Design + Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Alter and convert this existing Heritage 'B' one-family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three dwelling units, providing four parking spaces having vehicular access from the street

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
