Gustavson Wylie Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Change of use from an one-family dwelling to a Community Care Facility - Class B for ten clients
  • No change in height or added floor area to existing building
  • A floor space ratio of 0.44 (2,297 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
