The property owner has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to convert and develop the existing one-car garage of the infill to a habitable dwelling unit.

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.82 (after an addition of approximately 290 sq.ft./ 26.94 m² to existing floor area)

Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
