The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 15, 2023.


Purpose Driven Development Planning has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 13-storey multiple dwelling building. This proposal includes:

  • 135 social housing units
  • A FSR of 6.0
  • An approximate floor area of 8,284 m² (89,166 sq. ft.)
  • An approximate height of 40.0 m (131 ft.)
  • 37 vehicle parking spaces and 174 bicycle parking spaces

This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on July 13, 2021, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
