Ciccozzi Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop eight new three-storey multiple dwelling rowhouse buildings on this site, consisting of:
- 47 market strata dwelling units
- Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (approximately 5,825 m² / 62,700 sq. ft.)
- Approximate overall building heights up to:
- 11.6 m (38.05 ft.) facing Ash Street and West 27th Avenue
- 9.94 m (32.6 ft.) facing rear and side lanes
- One level of underground parking (approximately 59 stalls) having vehicular access from the north side lane
Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, this application is “conditional” and may be permitted pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
