The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 3, 2023.
DWG Design Work Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To reposition on-site and convert the existing two-family character dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units and to develop an Infill one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear of the site
- A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 for the site (approximately 3,701.18 sq. ft.) that is 0.63 FSR for the existing house and 0.21 FSR for the Infill house
- Proposing total heights of approximately 33.3 ft. (MCD) & 23.58 ft. (Infill)
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
