Raj Home Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A multiple dwelling building containing three strata-titled dwelling units
  • A proposed height of approximately 30.16 ft.
  • A floor space ratio of 0.85 (approximately 3,294 sq. ft.)
  • Three parking spaces at the rear, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
