5119 Main St (DP-2021-01053) development application

Bogner Development Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a six-storey multiple dwelling building containing 37 market units, over two levels of underground parking with:
- A proposed building height of 64.91 ft.
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.34 (25,463.7 sq.ft.)
- 32 underground parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
This application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and the decision of the Director of Planning.
