Perkins + Will Canada Co. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • 360 rental residential units including 10 units of below-market rental housing at 20% below CMHC average rent for the neighbourhood
  • A floor space ratio of 16.1
  • A floor area of 25,567 m² (275,202 sq. ft.)
  • A building height of 96.4 m (315.3 ft.)
  • 97 underground parking spaces, 627 bicycle spaces, and two Class B loading spaces

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
