Giant Union Design Architecture and Planning Ltd. Has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six storey, plus amenity level, multiple dwelling building consisting of:
- 26 Dwelling Units
- A proposed floor area of 26,347 sq.ft. (2,448 m²)
- A proposed height of 67 ft. (20.4 m)
- A roof top amenity space
- Two levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
