4761 Drummond Dr (DP-2021-00691) development application

Grant Architecture Studio Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a one-family dwelling Infill building at the rear of this site, consisting of:
- A proposed floor area of 1,953 sq. ft. for the infill building
- A proposed height of approximately 21.7 ft.
- No changes proposed to the existing one-family dwelling
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
