The Director of Planning approved the application on April 4, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Grant Architecture Studio Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a one-family dwelling Infill building at the rear of this site, consisting of:

  • A proposed floor area of 1,953 sq. ft. for the infill building
  • A proposed height of approximately 21.7 ft.
  • No changes proposed to the existing one-family dwelling

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
