4575 Ash St (DP-2021-00326) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on August 10, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Conwest Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop eight three-storey buildings of side by side townhomes, consisting of 43 units, over one level of underground parking on this existing site, consisting of the following:

  • A proposed floor space ratio of 1.2 (54,748.7 square feet)
  • A proposed height of 36.42 feet for the front (street) buildings and 29.86 feet for the lane buildings
  • Seventy-three (73) parking spaces

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
