  • 227,992 sq.ft. (21,181.2 m²) of office
  • 28,474 sq.ft. (2,645.8 m²) commercial at grade
  • 6,500 sq.ft. (604.6 m²) of cultural amenity space
  • 500,360 sq.ft. gross floor Area
  • A FSR of 4.67
  • Over four levels of underground parking

Under the site’s CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
