The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was cancelled on March 28, 2023.

RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to consoslidate four lots and to develop a four storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:

  • 43 dwelling units
  • A floor area of 2.0 (approximately 39,164 sq. ft.
  • An approximate height of 40 ft.
  • 54 vehicle parking spaces, with access from the flanking lane

Under the site’s existing RM-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
