The Director of Planning approved the application on November 30, 2020, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at giselle.sneddon@vancouver.ca

RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to consoslidate four lots and to develop a four storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:

  • 43 dwelling units
  • A floor area of 2.0 (approximately 39,164 sq. ft.
  • An approximate height of 40 ft.
  • 54 vehicle parking spaces, with access from the flanking lane

Under the site’s existing RM-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
