4314 Dumfries St (DP-2020-00711) development application

Euoi studio architecture + design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A two-storey plus basement two-family dwelling with a detached garage at the rear providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
- A height of approximately 10.4 m (34.12 ft.)
- A floor space ratio of 0.60 (approximately 3,050.41 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
