4292 Slocan St (DP-2021-00938) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on February 11, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"

Evoke International Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new mixed-use building, containing an office use on the main floor and three dwelling units on the upper storeys, consisting of:
- A floor space ratio of 1.20 for the site (approximately 3,380 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of 35.1 ft.
- Three parking spaces at the rear, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
