4065 Victoria Dr (Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House) rezoning application

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 4065 Victoria Dr. The proposal is to allow for the development of a three-storey replacement and expansion of Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House. The zoning would change from RS-1A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 37-space childcare facility;
  • adult daycare facility;
  • multi-purpose community spaces;
  • administrative and support spaces;
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.31;
  • a floor area of 1,799 sq. m (19,361 sq. ft.);
  • A building height of 13.9 m (46 ft.); and
  • 19 vehicle parking spaces and 22 bicycle parking spaces.

The application is being considered under the Kensington-Cedar Cottage Community Vision.
