Sightline Properties (Highbury Street) Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
Retail uses at grade and 81 residential rental units above
A proposed height of 22 m (72.2 ft.)
A Floor Space Ratio of 3.5 (6,024.3 m² / 64,847 sq. ft.)
Loading to be located at the rear of the building with access from the lane
4.5 levels of underground parking
The rezoning application was approved by City Council at Public Hearing on June 15, 2023. Under the site’s proposed RR-3B zoning (Residential Rental), the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
