The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on June 30, 2021.


Axes Design and Consulting has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • Two-storey, one-family dwelling with a secondary suite located in the basement with a detached accessory building (garage), at the rear providing two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
