Tavan Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-and-one-half-storey, one-family dwelling with an attached garage on this site, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 41.98 ft.
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.46 (approximately 13,155 sq. ft.)
  • Two parking spaces having vehicular access from Angus Drive

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
