Leckie Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 14-storey, mixed-use building with commercial retail at grade, which consists of:

  • 164 secured rental unit (20% of the residential floor assigned to modern income households)
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 5.27
  • A floor area of 11,364.4 m² (122,325.4 sq.ft.)
  • A building height of 52.6 m (176.6 ft.)
  • 51 underground parking spaces and 285 bicycle spaces on P2 with dedicated elevator

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
