- 164 secured rental unit (20% of the residential floor assigned to modern income households)
- A Floor Space Ratio of 5.27
- A floor area of 11,364.4 m² (122,325.4 sq.ft.)
- A building height of 52.6 m (176.6 ft.)
- 51 underground parking spaces and 285 bicycle spaces on P2 with dedicated elevator
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
