3699 Hudson St (DP-2021-00187) development application

Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior and exterior alterations to the existing two-storey plus cellar, one-family dwelling with a two-car attached garage having vehicular access from Hudson Street, consisting of:

  • Proposed total site Floor Space Ratio of approximately: 0.55 (5,883.59 sq. ft./ 546.60 m² above grade)
  • Proposed total height of approximately 27.1 ft./ 8.26 m

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
