The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 5, 2021.


BoutHouse Design Group Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to:

  • Perform exterior alterations for the installation of a new metal fence, to a maximum height of 8 ft. along the East and South side of this existing retail building on this site

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
