The Director of Planning approved the application on May 9, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Strand Development has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a new a seven-storey, mixed-use building with Manufacturing use on storeys 1 and 2 and Office use on storeys 3 through 7.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 126.57 ft.
  • Total FSR of 6.0 (112,632 sq.ft.)
  • Four levels of underground parking with 129 spaces having vehicular access from the rear lane

This development application follows rezoning of the site and is subject to Council enactment of the I-1C By-law and decision by the Director of Planning..
