Cambie 41st West Limited Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A mixed-use building with 439 secure rental residential units
- 18% allocated to Moderate Income Rental Housing Program
- 1,608.5 m² (17,314 ft.) commercial at grade;
- A total floor area of 28,843.85 m² (310,472 ft.)
- A total floor ratio of 6.32
- Two levels of underground parking
Under the site’s existing IC-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
