3565 Sawmill Crescent (DP-2021-00543) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on April 4, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new two-storey Community Energy Centre building for the River District.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 74.08 ft.
  • Total FSR of 0.89 (17,828 sq.ft.)
  • Shared vehicular parking spaces located on the adjacent site at 3555 Sawmill Crescent

This development application follows rezoning of the site, is subject to Council approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
