356 W 15th Ave (DP-2021-00562) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on October 26, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert this existing (two dwelling units and three housekeeping units) to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing four dwelling units consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 44 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.94 (approximately 5,888 sq. ft.)
- Four parking spaces in accessory building (garage) at rear of site, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
