The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 13, 2022.


Formwerks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To add a half-storey addition and accessory building to this one-family dwelling with interior and exterior alterations,
  • With a detached garage (accessory building) at the rear, providing one parking space having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
