3505 Fleming St (DP-2021-00050) development application

Cornerstone Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A three storey, two-family dwelling (Passive House)
  • A floor space ratio of 0.75 (2,042 sq. ft.)
  • A detached single car carport and one surface parking space having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
