Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing three dwelling units consisting of:
    • A total height of approximately 39.5ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.6 (approximately 3,500 sq. ft.)
  • To develop an infill one-family dwelling (Building 2) on the rear portion of the site consisting of:
    • A total height of approximately 25ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 (approximately 1,400 sq. ft.)
  • Three parking spaces provided having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-1A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
