Waissbluth Architecture Office Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey, one-family Infill, in conjunction with retention of existing (Multiple Conversion Dwelling) two-family dwelling character house, consisting of:

  • Infill house providing two garage parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane, with one stall designated for existing house, and one stall for infill house complete with internal access
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.84 for the site.
    • Existing house FSR of 0.59 (Approximately 2906 sq. ft.)
    • Infill house FSR of 0.25 (Approximately 1231 sq. ft.)
