Radiant City Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building, consisting of:
- Retail and Restaurant uses at grade
- Child Day Care Facility on level 2
- General Office use from levels 3-6
- A roof-top amenity level
- A proposed FSR of 3.01
- A proposed floor area of 28,230 ft2 (2,623 m2)
- A proposed height of 78.6 ft. (23.95 m)
- Four levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from Tupper Street
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
