3279-3297 Vanness Ave (DP-2020-00913) development application

New Commons Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A six-storey building containing a total of 102 social housing units, all over one level of underground parking, providing 27 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.28 (approximately 6,962 m²)
- A maximum building height of 21.35 m
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
