The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-4 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 18-storey mixed-use rentalbuilding and includes:
181 units with 20% of the floor area for below-market units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.8; and
A building height of 54.7 m (180 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space.
This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.
