The Director of Planning approved the application on August 31, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a new a seven-storey, mixed-use building with commercial units at grade and 53 strata dwelling units on storeys two through six.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 86.91 ft.
  • Total FSR of 3.66 (54,238 sq.ft.)
  • Three levels of underground parking with 98 stalls having vehicular access from the rear lane

This development application follows rezoning of the site, is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
