The City of Vancouver has received an application for permission to develop on this site, in conjunction with the existing Restaurant Class-1 use in the mixed-use building, including:

  • Installing an accessory building, of approximately 64 sq. ft. for restaurant use
  • Adding an outdoor seating area of approximately 1, 076 sq. ft. at the rear of the site
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday: Closed
    • Tuesday - Friday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
    • Saturday and Sunday: 12:00pm - 11:00pm

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
