Andrew Cheung Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- Two-storey single detached Passive House with a secondary suite located in the basement with an open parking pad, providing one parking space, having vehicular access from the lane
- A total height of approximately 35 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 0.6 (approximately 5,000 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing R1-1 (previously RS-5) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
