Michael Laflamme Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site, a one-family dwelling and stable, consisting of:

  • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.10 for dwelling uses (approximately 10,257 sq. ft.)
  • A Floor space ratio of 0.04 for other uses (approximately 4,502 sq. ft.)
  • A height of approximately 29 ft.
  • Three parking spaces, having access from W 55th Avenue

Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
