RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey building consisting of Dwelling use from the second to sixth storeys in conjunction with Retail use on the first storey, over one level of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane, including:

  • 40 Secured Market Rental Units
  • A proposed FSR of 3.34 (3,364.7 m² / 36,215 sq.ft.)
  • A proposed height of 21.19 m (69.52 ft.)

Under the site’s CD-1(728) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
