Peter Rose Architecture and Interiors Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A one-and-a-half-storey, one-family infill dwelling with an attached garage at the rear, providing a total of two parking spaces (one garage + one surface) having vehicular access from the lane
  • A total height of approximately 25 ft.
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 (165.00 m² / 1,777.00 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
