Architrix Design Studio Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a a two-and-half-storey Duplex with a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 33.6 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 0.75 (approximately 3,597 sq. ft.)
- Two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
