Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- Secured market rental units
- Commercial at grade
- Childcare facility
- A building height of 30.5 m
- A FSR of 4.0
- Ground level parking
Under the site’s existing IC-3 Sub Area A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
