Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add to, alter and change the use of an existing Heritage Class B Building including:
- A two-storey addition, for a total of six-storeys, plus roof deck
- A proposed FSR of 5.93
- A proposed Floor Area of 14,826 sq.ft. (1,377 m²)
- A proposed Height of approximately 81.7 ft. (24.9 m)
- Restaurant use at grade and Hotel use from level one to six
Under the site’s existing HA-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
