Vancouver Park Board 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion

We are gathering information from 2SLGBTQIA+ people who live, work, or play in the City of Vancouver, to help guide the work of our two Recreation Programmers who are focused on 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion.

This survey will include questions divided into these categories:

1. Your identity within 2SLGBTQIA+
2. Your current or past use of Vancouver Park Board programs and places
3. Your experiences in Vancouver Park Board recreation activities
4. Your dream use of Vancouver Park Board programs and places
5. Your experiences with Vancouver Park Board Staff
6. Your preferences for communication from Vancouver Park Board
7. In depth demographics

The identity questions let us know who we are serving, and what population groups haven’t been reached yet for their input.

The current and dream use questions will show us where to focus our resources in providing you with activities and programs that will meet your needs.

The experience questions will help us understand what you value, what barriers you experience, and how we need to address those barriers and staff training.

The demographic questions provide us with data about the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Vancouver, which will guide us in our work around inclusion and accessibility.

The survey will close late fall, 2022.  Please share with your local 2SLGBTQIA+ friends and family!
