2957 Ontario St (DP-2022-00046) development application

C.I. Design and Graphix Services has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter this existing Heritage B Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units including:
    • A total height of approximately 23 ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 3,060 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
