An approximate height of 48.5 m (159 ft.)
Seven vehicle parking spaces and 93 bicycle parking spaces
The development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on February 29, 2024, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development, and decision of the Director of Planning.
